Job Description
We’re seeking self-motivated individuals with a strong passion for software development to join our Application Delivery Internship Program. IAT Insurance Group has multiple openings for Full Stack Developer interns in our Naperville, IL or Milwaukee, WI locations. The anticipated start date for this internship is May 26th, 2026. Please note, IAT works on a hybrid schedule, working from the office Monday through Wednesday with the option of working remotely Thursday and Friday.
Interns will gain hands-on experience working across the full software development lifecycle, contributing to AI initiatives that support our technology goals. This opportunity is ideal for students who have:
- Completed software development projects
- Exposure to AI concepts and tools
- A drive to solve real-world problems through technology
- Strong collaboration and debugging skills
