What you’ll be doing:
As a Marketing Manager, you’ll own and deliver impactful marketing activity that aligns with commercial priorities.
You will:
Translate business goals into clear, measurable marketing plans
Partner closely with Sales, Underwriting, Claims, and Propositions
Craft strategic marketing briefs and channel plans
Oversee delivery with our Campaign and Marketing Services teams
Track performance and ROI, ensuring activity lands on time and within budget
Act as a marketing business partner for key projects and forums
Champion collaboration, insight‑led planning, and marketing best practice
What we’re looking for:
Essential
Proven marketing experience with strong multi‑channel understanding
Knowledge of intermediary-led distribution models
Ability to juggle multiple projects at pace
Confident working in a matrixed, collaborative environment
Skilled in interpreting insight to shape marketing decisions
Strong senior stakeholder management
Experience managing end-to-end campaigns and buyer journeys
