Role Overview
Amwins is seeking a Graphic Design Intern to join our in-house creative team. This hands-on position offers the opportunity to support marketing initiatives across multiple insurance lines while developing professional design skills in a collaborative, real-world environment. You’ll work directly with experienced designers to create compelling visual content used across the organization.
Collateral Creation & Marketing Support
- Assist the design team with the creation of marketing materials including sell sheets, email campaigns, social media graphics, and PowerPoint presentations
- Support broker teams with personalized email marketing initiatives and promotional materials
- Design visuals that showcase our people, teams, and the work they do
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas during creative discussions
We’re Looking for a Candidate Who
- Is currently enrolled at an accredited four-year college or university pursuing a degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Has experience with Adobe Creative Suite, primarily InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (experience with Premiere Pro and/or After Effects is a plus)
- Is detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Has experience using Canva
- Has experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Maintains a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Can share a portfolio or examples of design work as part of the application process
- Is eager to learn, open to feedback, and excited to grow their design skills in a collaborative environment
