Position Summary
The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing and shaping unique, user-centric products and experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams, with developers, UX designers, and copywriters
What will your job entail?
Job Responsibilities:
· Use wireframes, storyboards, process flows and sitemaps to illustrate and present design ideas.
· Present design concepts and ideas to colleagues, executive members, and clients.
· Conduct regular research on user experience.
· Use wireframes, storyboards, process flows and sitemaps to illustrate and present design ideas.
· Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand the product before presenting solutions to improve the visual and interactive experience.
· After collecting feedback ensure changes are made to correct any error.
· Gather user requirements from product managers to create compelling and original graphic designs (images, sketches, etc.).
· Build and design user interface elements like menus, tabs, widgets, page navigation buttons and search fields.
· Troubleshoot any UX problems.
· Ensure a standard is maintained when it comes to style, fonts, colors, and images.
· After collecting feedback ensure changes are made to correct any error.
· Stay up to date with the industry’s trends and best practices.
Work Experience and Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 5 years of related experience; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
Licenses & Certifications:
· Certified User Experience Designer (CUXD) or Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) is preferred.

The target salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $120,000.00 annually.
The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
