We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project & Process Excellence Lead to join our team. This role is central to driving our business and strategy forward by coordinating cross-functional strategic workstreams, evaluating and improving operational processes, and ensuring clear communication of project progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Strategy Execution: Support the advancement of strategic initiatives across the division, ensuring alignment to overall business goals.
- Ownership of recurring project status updates and administrative program coordination; including project updates and workstream accountability
- Shape Steering Committee agendas, materials, and outcomes to accelerate decisions and remove execution barriers
- Drive consistency in workstream execution
- Cross-Functional Project Coordination: Partner closely with marketing, business development, underwriting, product, and operations to align efforts, coordinate deliverables, and sustain recurring progress across multiple workstreams.
- Process Design & Improvement:
- Lead efforts to map, analyze, and improve end-to-end insurance and operational workflows
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve handoffs, and increase scalability
- Partner with teams to design and implement practical, sustainable improvements
- Communication & Reporting: Own communication for project status, updates, and artifacts, creating clear, consistent, and actionable reporting for leaders and stakeholders.
- Expense Insight: Help centralize expense tracking and analysis, surfacing opportunities to improve financial efficiency across initiatives.
- Innovation & Ideation: Champion better ways of working, bringing forward creative solutions and process innovations.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in project coordination, process improvement, or operations within insurance or financial services.
- Strong understanding of insurance workflows and operational flows.
- Experience working closely with senior leaders and navigating competing priorities
- Proven ability to lead complex initiatives without direct authority
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable updates.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
- Team-oriented, with proven ability to collaborate across diverse groups.
- Located near and accessible to one of our office hubs.

Pay information:
The base salary offered for the successful candidate will be based on compensable factors such as job-relevant education, job-relevant experience, training, licensure, demonstrated competencies, geographic location, and other factors. The salary for the position is $118,960 to $163,570 with a 30% bonus potential.
