Lead the delivery of Claims BI reporting and insight, from shaping requirements through to building dashboards in Power BI and landing outcomes with stakeholders across Claims and IPA. You’ll manage a small team of analysts, raise data quality, and run a clear backlog to improve decision making in Claims Operations. (The role sits within IPA and partners closely with Claims leadership).
You will take ownership of the design, development and delivery of insightful dashboards that empower the stakeholders to monitor claims performance, manage workflow and identify emerging trends. Working closely with Claims leadership, data engineers, and business stakeholders, you will ensure that BI is accurate, timely, and aligned with strategic priorities.
