The hours of work are 35 hours per week and will typically be between, Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm with 1 Saturday per month 9am-2pm.About the roleWe are currently seeking two Third Party Claims Handlers to join our dynamic Third Party Assist team in Glasgow. In this role, you will have the opportunity to actively engage with non-fault third parties to understand their requirements and provide them with exceptional service.As a Third Party Claims Handler you will proactively contact non-fault third parties to establish their needs, administer prompt deployment of services from NFUM’s approved supplier network and promote NFUM as a brand to third party potential customers to maximise future insurance sale opportunities and increase customer base.
