We are looking for a Claims Adjuster – Property to join the Claims department here at Tokio Marine Kiln. Reporting to the Assistant Claims Manager, you will manage a designated book of business, support our underwriters, and nurture key client relationships. As a Claims Adjuster within our Property division, you will: Handle claims across a defined portfolio—including complex and large commercial property losses. Deliver outstanding service to brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders. Manage client relationships to support business development and retention. Work closely with Underwriters, ensuring they’re fully briefed on emerging claims trends and individual cases. Make fair, commercial decisions aligned with TMK values and regulatory standards.
