Position Summary
This role helps support key finance initiatives, improve process efficiency, and strengthen our control environment. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in finance systems and gain hands‑on experience with Workday and other modern financial applications.
What will your job entail?
Position Responsibilities
Support ongoing efforts to enhance and streamline finance processes, particularly those connected to Workday Financials.
Assist in documenting and redesigning current workflows to help teams adopt new or improved system functionality.
Assist with day‑to‑day operational support for finance systems, helping troubleshoot end‑user questions and escalate issues as needed.
Monitor and guide managed services team progress for all open defects and enhancements
Partner with accounting, IT Finance, and other cross‑functional teams to support system updates, testing, and process improvements.
Support period end close process through routine maintenance and defect resolution.
Develop reports to assist with reporting functions across accounting, finance, and operational areas.
Participate in testing activities including user acceptance testing and regression testing for Workday enhancements and other finance system upgrades.
Position Qualifications
BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or finance systems support (internships included).
Exposure to Workday, SAP, Oracle, or other cloud‑based financial applications preferred.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a desire to learn financial systems.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both technical and non‑technical teams.
Interest in process improvement, system optimization, and gaining skills in project coordination.

The target salary range for this position is $72,000.00 - $90,000.00 annually.
The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
