How does this role contribute to our collective success?
The Insights & Analytics Manager (Global Markets) will be a key member of the Global Distribution Team, a dedicated, global function responsible for help support and execute on AXIS Insurance’s business plans and overall strategy,
enhancing relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving strategic engagement.
Reporting to the Head of Distribution (Global Markets) this role will work closely with the Global Markets Leadership Team and
Underwriting Business Unit Leader to provide detailed Insights & Analytics of the AXIS Broker landscape.
The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of Insurance and ideally Wholesale Insurance. The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a Data & Analytics team within an Insurance company or Broker.
What will you do in this role?
Analyse distribution, broker and portfolio data to support commercial decision making.
Support the preparation of management information, performance updates and leadership materials.
Identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement across broker performance and engagement.
Help improve the consistency and use of data and insight within distribution.
About You:

University degree or equivalent work experience;
Experience of working with and manipulating data to provide informative Insights
Ability to work independently
Experience in building/supporting dynamic businesses, with knowledge of the London Market landscape, and evident relationships with senior level practitioners is preferred
Ability to represent AXIS professionally when travelling.
