About The Role
At Definity, our Technology Solutions Vendor Management Office (TS VMO) plays a key role in ensuring we partner effectively with external vendors to deliver high-quality technology solutions across the organization. As a Vendor Management Co-op, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting vendor relationships, contract processes, and operational activities that enable our Technology team to operate efficiently and deliver value to the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist the Technology Solutions Vendor Management Office Manager with day-to-day contract management processes
- Ensure DocuSign approval workflows are managed effectively and completed in a timely manner
- Manage intake and tracking of Vendor Engagement Requests (VER)
- Support document management and ensure proper organization and storage of vendor-related records
- Help monitor and respond to the TS VMO inbox
- Coordinate updates to the Vendor Book of Record (VBOR)
What You Bring
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Technology, Operations, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and/or related tools
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in technology operations, procurement, or vendor management
- Familiarity with basic contract or financial concepts is an asset

The hourly compensation for the role starts at $22.50 per hour and will increase based on factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, and the recommended rates as set by the respective educational institution.
