Job Description
We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist to keep our paid media acquisition engine running smoothly. This is a hands-on role focused on clean execution. You’ll make sure campaigns launch properly, data is accurate, and workflows stay tight. You bring structure and turn strategy into action.
You’ll manage campaign operations across paid search and other paid channels. That includes launch readiness, pacing, tracking, QA, reporting, testing coordination, and workflow management. You’ll work closely with the team leads for Paid Media and SEM to help support strategy, investment decisions, and agency leadership.
This role suits someone who’s detail oriented, moves fast, and gets things done. If you like solving problems and keeping things organized, you’ll fit right in.
What To Expect
- Own day-to-day campaign operations across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and other digital media, including intake management, trafficking coordination, launch readiness, QA, and change control
- Maintain execution calendars, budget pacing trackers, reporting deadlines, issue logs, and campaign status views across the team
- Enforce campaign naming conventions, UTM standards, taxonomy governance, asset checklists, and documentation across all paid channels
- Monitor tags, pixels, GA4 events, landing page tracking, and key conversion before launch and after campaign changes to ensure campaign effectiveness and reporting accuracy
- Build, maintain, and distribute recurring dashboards and performance reporting
- Reconcile media performance data against plan projections; identify shortfalls and discrepancies
- Coordinate with agencies, creative, brand, product, and BI teams to keep campaigns moving on time and with complete inputs
- Identify and implement process improvements, templates, and automations that reduce manual reporting time and launch risk
What You Bring
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in paid media operations, ad operations, performance marketing, or marketing operations
- Strong working knowledge of paid search, paid social, and programmatic campaign workflows
- Strong reporting and data handling skills using spreadsheets and dashboards
- Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Paid Social, DV360, CM360, GA4, and Looker Studio would be an asset
- Clear communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholders, agencies, and technical partners
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or another regulated category preferred
- Experience supporting multimillion dollar media budgets
Salary Range: $73,500 - $123,500
