We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Team in Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in our London office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Senior Risk Manager will be working with the wider Risk Function in ensuring that the annual Risk Management Plan is delivered effectively and that valued risk advice is provided to the business. You will play a key rolein partnering withselectedbusinessareas, providingguidance,adviceandchallenge.In particular, youwill take an active role in working with the Marsh Specialty Leaders and Business areas.

We will rely on you to:
Produce high quality, targeted (draft) risk reporting for Committees and Executives. This includes well-articulated narratives on key risks, updates on the status of risks, controls andactions and ensuring the information is presentable such that it is suitable for a senior audience.
Help lead on various Risk Management deep dives / strategic projects, e.g. M&A, control enhancements, and other strategic opportunities astheyarise.
Risk management experience, including involvement in key risk management processes such as risk and control assessments, incident management, control reviews, thematic reviews, risk appetite, development of Key Risk Indicators and producing committee reports.
Insurance/ Insurance Broking, Lloyd’s market, in particular Specialty lines, experience.Some experience(in a risk function capacity)in facilities and delegated authoritieswill be beneficial but not essential.
