The Opportunity
The Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (SFA) is responsible for enterprise‑wide financial reporting related to current and future M&A integration cost tracking.
The SFA partners closely with stakeholders across Finance, Technology Solutions, EPMO, and the broader business to enable disciplined budget management, accurate forecasting, and the delivery of executive‑level financial insights.
In addition, the role supports the development of financial governance frameworks for AI investments by collaborating with functional leaders to define KPIs and measurement methodologies that assess associated benefits.
What To Expect
M&A Integration Cost Tracking
- Produce and present timely and accurate monthly financial updates for each integration stream/project; highlighting reasons for variances, risks and opportunities.
- Preparation of month-end journal entries (accruals and cost reallocations).
- Support Enterprise Procurement process by preparing financial budget summaries.
- Partner with functional business leaders across the business to validate forecasts and surface risks & opportunities.
- Support future integration cost activities by establishing budgets, GL coding structures and financial tracking governance.
Financial Oversight of AI Investment Governance
- Support the development, maintenance and evolution of financial governance frameworks for AI tools.
What You Bring
Education & Experience
- CPA designation required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
- 3+ years of experience in financial planning or financial reporting.
- Experience with project financial management or transformation programs is an asset.
- Experience supporting technology or AI‑driven initiatives is an asset.
Technical Skills
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills.
- Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, Hyperion, spreadsheet server applications is an asset.
- Superior communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and drive alignment.
- Self-starter who can identify opportunities for improvement and execute on them

Salary Range: $73,500 - $123,500
High degree of proficiency with English required to service customers, both internal to the company and external, across Canada.
