Coordinates the servicing of new and renewal accounts from the time of binding in accordance with company and carrier guidelines. Prepares invoices and policy documentation, supports underwriting and rating activities, and proactively identifies and resolves issues to ensure accurate, timely processing. Delivers high-quality professional service to agents, carriers, and internal partners.

Review policies, endorsements, audits, and cancellations; resolve discrepancies and coordinate corrections.
Review and process policy servicing requests, including endorsements, audits, carrier requests, certificates, premium finance notices, and cancellations.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Ability to interpret policy forms, endorsements, audits, cancellations, and carrier guidelines;identifyand resolve discrepancies.
Proficiencywith underwriting and policy administration automation, including Windows-based applications, Delphi, Microsoft Word,DocuCorp, and Rackley ISO Rating Software.
