Tokio Marine Kiln (TMK) have an exciting opportunity for an Underwriter – Portfolio Solutions to join our Portfolio Solutions team, where you’ll structure and underwrite portfolio-based deals across multiple lines of business and geographies. This is a highly collaborative role, working at the intersection of underwriting, data, and strategy. The Role Reporting to the Divisional Head of Innovation and Portfolio Underwriting, you will: Underwrite and structure portfolio-based insurance solutions across diverse risks and distribution channels Work with actuaries and analysts to understand client portfolios using actuarial and statistical techniques to inform underwriting decisions Build a pipeline of opportunities through broker and client engagement Monitor portfolio performance, identifying trends, aggregations, and optimisation opportunities Collaborate with internal teams (actuarial, exposure management, claims, compliance) to deliver robust solutions What We’re Looking For Demonstrable experience in the Lloyd’s market within underwriting Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with an understanding of portfolio dynamics Confidence working with data, modelling outputs, and complex deal structures A proactive, adaptable mindset with strong stakeholder management skills Why Join?
