Primarily focused on defining, analyzing, identifying and, improving business processes that increase efficiency, reduce costs and improve the overall performance of the practice. Provides recommendations for process improvements and optimizations based on data analysis and best practices. Performs research, analysis and, strategy development based on data gathered, verified and processed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and documenting new processes, procedures, and policies to improve the efficiency, quality, and customer experience of our services
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather input and feedback on process improvements; Monitoring and analyzing process performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Documenting current business processes that may be impacted by any system implementations identifying opportunities for improvement that may be driven by a different system approach;
- Ensuring that new systems are configured to meet the business requirements and that any customizations are in line with best practices
- Developing process manuals and user guides to support end-users in their day-to-day activities; Reviewing on-boarding process for new acquisitions and conducting post-on-boarding evaluations to measure the effectiveness of the processes and identify areas for improvement and collaborating with relevant departments to develop and implement a comprehensive on-boarding plan for new acquisitions
- Creating and maintaining training materials, such as tutorials, job aids and, videos to support training initiatives along with training programs for employees on new and revised processes, procedures, and policies
- Creating customized training programs to meet the needs of different departments, roles, and skill levels.
- Provides ongoing coaching, support and Identification of gaps in employee knowledge and skills to address and reinforce learning to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5+ years experience in process improvement or related role.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively organize multiple tasks and meet all required deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Desired:
- Experience in the insurance, risk management, or consulting industry.
- Knowledge of CRM.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
