Position Summary
The Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for facilitating interviews, managing scheduling, arranging travel or logistics as needed and providing a positive candidate experience by maintaining regular communication. The role assists in sourcing diverse candidates through various channels and supports employer branding initiatives. They coordinate onboarding activities, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with recruitment policies.
What will your job entail?
Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinates and schedules interviews between candidates and hiring managers, facilitates activities such as arranging interview logistics, sending interview confirmations, and coordinating travel arrangements to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
• Arranges interview space by working with corporate hospitality, and coordinates applicant travel for interviews including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
• Provides a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining regular communication with candidates, provides updates on their application status and answers inquiries regarding the recruitment process.
• Assists in sourcing diverse pool of candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and networking events.
• Assists with the onboarding process for new hires, prepares paperwork, conducts orientation sessions, coordinates background checks, and ensures completion of new hire paperwork.
• Administers latest records of candidate information, recruitment activities, and hiring metrics.
• Maintains confidentiality of candidate information and adheres to data protection regulations. Ensures compliance with legal requirements and internal policies related to recruitment and hiring practices.
• Supports the employer branding initiatives by promoting the company's culture, values, and opportunities through various channels, including social media and recruitment events.
• Supports the continuity and consistency of recruitment strategy by supporting activities that enable diversity, company culture, and are aligned to best-practices to meet changing business needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by talent acquisition team as needed.
Work Experience and Education:
• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Business.
• 1-2 Years of experience supporting talent acquisition or human resources team
• Experience in maintaining and updating applications in an ATS.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and timelines efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
• Experience in maintaining confidential records and reports, ensuring privacy and data protection.
• Proven ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Strong Attention to Detail in handling tasks and responsibilities.

The target hourly rate range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00 per hour.
The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
