- Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure compliance standards and service levels are met. Prepare and present internal reports on client service metrics and business performance. Analyze client feedback and service data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Lead the renewal process to ensure the best possible solutions are delivered to clients in high quality and timely manner. Oversee the technical delivery of services to clients, ensuring they meet quality standards and contractual obligations. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Develop and implement business intelligence strategies to enhance client satisfaction and service efficiency. Collaborate with senior management to align client service goals with organizational objectives.
- Collect internal data related to client complaints or issues, ensuring a satisfactory outcome. Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues utilizing business intelligence tools and technologies.
- Administer client accounts, including renewals, policy changes, and claims processing. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services or products.
- Guide team members in addressing a client’s risk management needs through consultative conversations.
- Secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services and lines of coverage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Identify and mitigate risks associated with client service operations.
- Maintain accurate client and policy data and documents within Gallagher’s internal systems.
- Use Gallagher's technology to improve productivity and quality.
Required Minimum Position Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business (any), Economics, Data/Cybersecurity, or a related field of study, AND Three (3) Years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation in which the required experience was gained.
Position also requires demonstrated experience in the following:
- The insurance industry, including with products, services, and regulations;
- Risk management strategies and insurance brokerage operations;
- Client relationship management (CRM) software and tools;
- Compliance and productivity audits;
- Property and general liability insurance policy language;
- Analyzing and summarizing large data sets utilizing Microsoft Office software; and
- Accounting proficiency
