JOB DESCRIPTION
The VP-level role is responsible for hands-on execution of workforce transition, organizational change, and AI-enabled transformation projects. You’ll work directly with HR, business leaders, and consultants to deliver practical solutions that help Chubb’s people and organization adapt quickly and effectively in a changing environment.
This role is ideal for a builder — a hands-on leader eager to learn — who thrives in fast-paced transformation environments and enjoys rolling up their sleeves to deliver real change.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Transformation Execution
- Work side-by-side with consultants, HR, and business leaders to implement talent transformation frameworks and tools.
- Redefine roles, identify skill needs, and support organization structure redesign for four key projects.
- Conduct skills assessments and gap analyses; develop and roll out skilling/reskilling plans.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to address talent gaps and support hiring needs.
- Capture and share learnings and tools for use across the organization.
- Support tracking of HR-related deliverables, timelines, and commitments.
Organization & Role Redesign
- Extract from My HR (HRIS) and curate necessary data for analysis: org charts, census, bands, levels, functions, families, job descriptions, etc.
- Facilitate role and structure redesign sessions with HRBPs and business leaders.
- Assign new roles to job families and career bands; clarify new skill requirements.
- Support the adoption of AI and digital tools by helping teams adapt to new workflows.
- Guide and co-facilitate communications and training to help employees and managers adjust to new structures and expectations.
Skills Gap Analysis & Workforce Transition
- Collaborate with business and HR to identify new skills and competencies needed due to technology and AI-driven changes.
- Deploy skills assessment and gap analysis tools to support upskilling and reskilling initiatives.
- Work with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition to fill skill gaps through hiring or development.
- Plan and facilitate workshops to help employees navigate career transitions.
Communications & Change Management Support
- Partner with Communications and Transformation teams to deliver clear, targeted change messages.
- Help develop and implement change management plans to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
- Support AI adoption by helping teams understand new ways of working, tools, and expectations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in HR, talent management, organizational transformation, or AI-enabled transformation roles (VP or equivalent level).
- Hands-on experience supporting organizational change or transformation projects.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
- Experience applying AI tools, digital workflows, or automation in HR, workforce planning, or organization design is strongly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of org design, workforce planning, change management, and AI-enabled transformation.
- Comfortable using AI platforms and new technologies, such as Claude Code, Cowork, and similar tools.
- Proficient in Excel, Python, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

The pay range for the role is $220,000 to $260,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, more details on which can be found on our careers website. The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
