The Profit-Sharing Programs Manager oversees the execution, governance, and continuous improvement of dealer profit-sharing and reinsurance program operations. This role ensures programs are administered accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements while leading cross-functional coordination across program administration, field support, compliance analytics, and external partners.
Serving as the central point of accountability for operational performance, stakeholder alignment, and program service delivery, the Manager drives consistency, scalability, and service excellence across internal teams, TPAs, agents, and dealer partners.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Performs a combination of duties in accordance with departmental guidelines:
Own end-to-end execution of dealer program operations, including onboarding, legal setup, cash flow processing, collateral oversight, runoff activities, and complex transactions such as commutations, buyouts, and structural changes.
Establish and enforce SOPs, SLAs, and quality standards to ensure program activities are accurate, timely, controlled, and consistently executed.
Lead field and stakeholder enablement by overseeing request intake, tracking, communication, service model effectiveness, and escalation of complex or high-visibility field issues.
Manage program performance and reporting governance by partnering with analytics to monitor KPIs, ensure accurate compliance reporting, improve dashboards and tools, and translate insights into operational actions and program improvements.
Own and manage third-party and internal partner relationships by aligning TPAs, trust banks, accounting partners, investment advisors, and cross-functional teams on service expectations, data accuracy, and execution timelines.
Identify and implement process improvements, standardized workflows, documentation, controls, automation, and program enhancements to increase efficiency, scalability, and operational consistency.
Hires, develops, coaches/mentors, and retains high-performing and ethical team members with a commitment to positive culture, accountability and strong employee engagement, diversity, and inclusivity and with an emphasis on talent management and succession planning in accordance with corporate strategic direction

Education
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field or equivalent work experience.
Experience
Minimum of 8 years
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Strong knowledge of reinsurance/profit-sharing structures (CFC, NCFC, Retro, etc.)
Experience leading multi-functional teams (operations, analytics, client service)
Strong understanding of cash flow, trust structures, and compliance requirements
Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and relationships (internal + external)
Proven people management and development skills
Strong proficiency in Tableau, Excel, and operational/reporting systems

In certain jurisdictions, CNA is legally required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. In District of Columbia,California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York and Washington, the national base pay range for this job level is $72,000 to $141,000 annually. Salary determinations are based on various factors, including but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
