About the Role
Amwins is seeking a highly effective relationship management professional to help steward sophisticated retail client relationships through a scalable, insight-driven service model. The position is best suited for an individual that knows how to ask thoughtful questions and move beyond surface-level information to uncover the real opportunities or issues. The person is comfortable using performance data and relationship insights to identify growth trends, risks, opportunities, and engagement priorities, and to translate those insights into actionable insight for brokers and leadership.
This role is engaged with Amwins as a national platform, helping deliver a coordinated client engagement strategy through regional and field-level execution. You will work closely with National Relationship Managers, brokers, divisional peers, product leaders, specialty experts, and internal stakeholders to ensure strategic clients feel prioritized, understood, and supported.
