Tokio Marine Kiln (TMK) is recruiting for a permanent Delegated Authority Audit Analyst to join our Delegated Authority team in London. Reporting to the Delegated Authority Audit Manager, you will support the delivery of TMK's Delegated Authority Audit framework, ensuring Coverholders and Delegated Claims Administrators (DCAs) are operating effectively and in line with TMK requirements, regulatory expectations and market standards. The role plays an important part in strengthening oversight, managing audit outcomes and supporting robust delegated authority governance across the business. Key responsibilities include: • Supporting the Audit Manager with the annual and quarterly audit scheduling and review process. • Analysing and processing Coverholder and DCA audit reports, identifying issues and ensuring appropriate follow-up and escalation. • Liaising with business stakeholders and market partners to determine and implement appropriate actions arising from audit findings. • Scoping Coverholder and DCA audits on a quarterly and ad hoc basis. • Ensuring delegated authority audit data is maintained accurately and in a timely manner. • Producing exception reporting and management information as required. • Assisting with the management of TMK's auditor panel and supporting the selection of new audit providers. • Promoting effective operational risk management by identifying, reporting and managing risks in accordance with TMK procedures. • Representing TMK on Lloyd's and other market forums where appropriate. • Providing support and cover for other Audit Analysts as required. What we're looking for: • Good knowledge of the Lloyd's market, Binding Authorities and Coverholder arrangements. • Understanding of delegated authority regulatory requirements, including Conduct Risk, Consumer Duty, Compliance and Financial Crime considerations. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review audit results and identify key risks and trends. • Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships. • A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
