Job Profile Summary
The Talent Management Associate provides operational and analytical support in delivering talent programs that align with organizational strategies. This role focuses on executing processes for performance management, learning initiatives, succession planning, and employee engagement activities to ensure consistent and efficient talent management practices
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the implementation of talent management programs including performance management, development planning, and engagement initiatives.
• Assist in capturing, maintaining, and analyzing human capital metrics related to talent development and workforce planning.
• Coordinate logistics and communication for learning and development programs, including scheduling training sessions and supporting materials preparation.
• Maintain talent databases, ensuring data accuracy for reporting and program execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of talent processes and provide guidance on standard procedures.
• Provide administrative support for talent reviews, employee engagement surveys, and onboarding initiatives.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in HR or talent management-related roles.
• Experience with HR systems, reporting, and analytics tools is preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES / REGISTRATIONS
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus but not required.
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
• Basic knowledge of talent management concepts including performance management and learning programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical ability to work with and interpret data sets for reporting
