What will you do?
You will join an established team of recruiters, supporting the growth of our consultant pool.
Your responsibilities will include:
Selection Process Management: You are fully responsible for the complete recruitment process (from job intakes to interviews and offer presentations/negotiations).
Multi-channel recruitment and sourcing: You are in the lead to generate your own inflow through different channels (LinkedIn, Marketing, Employer Branding, Referrals, ...) and adapt your recruitment strategy to overcome possible obstacles and reach your objectives.
Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor, engaging in close collaboration with hiring managers and becoming their single point of contact for hiring needs.
Candidate experience: You provide the best possible candidate experience by playing your role of advisor towards candidates as well.
Team Collaboration: we are all about collaboration and we count on every team member to take their responsibilities to ensure connection and collaboration and be part of our collaborative learning culture.
Your skills and qualifications
5 years of experience in recruitment of white collar profiles
fluent in Dutch, French and English
In-depth knowledge of selection methods (e.g., competence-based interviews, assessments) and familiarity with recruitment channels (e.g., social media) and tools (e.g., recruitment software).Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance priorities and tasks
Teamwork & Independence: A collaborative mindset, coupled with the ability to work autonomously when needed, and a can-do attitude.
Proactive & Analytical Approach: A results-driven, efficiency-focused, and problem-solving mindset.
Communication & Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to engage and communicate effectively across all organizational levels
Adaptability & Result Orientation: Flexibility to handle varied tasks while maintaining a customer-centric, driven, and enthusiastic approach.
Strong plus if you have experience with the consulting industry.
Please note that relocation support to Belgium is not available, this role cannot accommodate fully remote work and we cannot support working visa procedures.
