Position Summary:
The Senior Policy Processing Representative is responsible for overseeing and managing the processing of insurance policies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role involves coordinating with various departments, handling complex policy issues, and providing guidance to junior staff.

What will your job entail?
Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee the end-to-end processing of insurance policies, including issuance, amendments, renewals, and cancellations.
• Ensure all policies are processed accurately and in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Handle complex policy issues and discrepancies, working with underwriters, agents, and clients to resolve them.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all policy transactions and communications.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure all policy processing activities comply with legal and regulatory standards.
• Generate and analyse reports on policy processing activities, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Work Experience and Education:
Experience in the insurance market is preferred. A background education in Law would be ideal but not essential.
Fluency in French and Dutch is required
