Job Summary
The Marketing Associate will be responsible for managing a variety of activities that will raise visibility and awareness of the Arch Insurance brand. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Communications, the Marketing Associate will take ownership of key projects and contribute meaningfully to a high-performing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to promote Arch’s brand with our brokers and customers in North America.
- Develop marketing materials including brochures, emails, website content and social media posts in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
- Act as a liaison between marketing and other teams, including underwriting, distribution, claims, legal/compliance, corporate communications.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to distribute email marketing campaigns for both internal audiences and external stakeholders.
- Manage the company’s website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and optimized.
- Manage the corporate LinkedIn presence, including developing content, maintaining the social media calendar, scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
- Contribute to work streams that are related to the Arch Experience (AX) program. Promote and support the company’s culture and be a visible ambassador of our brand promise – Pursuing Better Together (PBT).

Preferred Technical Skills/Experience
- 1-2 years of job-related experience
- Experience managing digital platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo, Constant Contact, and WordPress.
- Experience in social and web management/analytical tools such as social management platforms and web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Sprinklr).
Expected Travel
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
For individuals assigned or hired to work in the location(s) indicated below, the base salary range is provided. Range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible.
$61,500 - $79,900/year
Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above pay range may be modified in the future.
