What can you expect in this role?
Reporting to the Team Leader, Veterinary Channel, you will be a part of Canada’s leading pet health insurance company. The Territory Manager is responsible for participating in setting strategies, leading on implementing tactical plans to attain business growth, deliver exceptional customer care, and execute the marketing of channel products and services. Territory Manager oversees the Northern Quebec territory.
TM job duties also include, (but limited to) the below:
- Responsible to attain monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for:
- Trial/Vouchers from veterinary clinics (meeting these targets produces quarterly bonuses)
- Sales & Conversions
- Booking and completing in-clinic appointments
- Visiting and supporting Vet Clinics
- Manage Territory of 300+ clinics in territory
- Recognize and maintain/grow top partners
- Increase clinic trials and sales ongoing month-to-month, quarter-to-quarter, etc
- Service clinics via appointments emails, phone calls
- General Monthly Administrative tasks:
- Financial: Monthly expense reports (accurate financial records).
- Appointment Scheduling: Create monthly appointment schedule (efficient time management).
- Communication: Participate in weekly team conference calls (collaboration,updates, and strategy).
What do you bring to the role?
- Post-secondary university degree or college diploma in a related field of animal health or Business Administration
- Strong sales background is mandatory
- A good knowledge of veterinary landscape is an asset
- You must have strong communication skills in both languages English and French
- Valid driver’s license is required since role requires in person clinic visits
- You’re a self-directed individual with demonstrated ability to drive results and multi-task while working to tight deadlines
- You’re professional, friendly, and courteous

Salary Range: $64,200-$ 106,900
