The Regulatory Reporting Team at our organization is dedicated to producing high-quality regulatory reports that are meticulously crafted to satisfy the stringent requirements of both our company's regulators and internal stakeholders. Our team is committed to ensuring that every report is accurate, comprehensive, and insightful, thereby facilitating informed decision-making and demonstrating compliance with relevant regulatory standards. Our business, your impact, our opportunity:
What you’ll be doing:
- Take ownership of the Solvency II Reporting process which includes the timetable and co-ordination of deliverables with different teams.
- Preparation and analysis of the Quarterly and Annual Solvency II Reporting, including the SFCR and RSR.
- Preparation and analysis of the quarterly Solvency Capital Requirement with related analysis and commentary.
- Collaboration and communication with other Finance functions (Tax, Technical Accounting, Financial Accounting, Corporate Controllership) and other departments (Actuarial, Claims, Operations, FP&A) to assist in continuous enhancement of reporting processes.
- Preparation of other regulatory requests (NAIC) to various bodies.
- Prepare the year end Statutory Accounts for various entities including liaison with various departments to obtain the required information.
- Ad hoc projects as required
What you’ll bring:
- Previous Solvency II experience required preferably in a similar P&C Insurance Company
- Strong Excel/IT skills
- Good communication skills
- Proven ability to learn quickly
- Forward thinker and somebody with initiative to develop and improve current processes
- Self-starter with good organisational skills and ambition to develop within the Finance department
- Fully qualified Accountant
- A high degree of dedication to meeting deadlines under fast paced conditions
