This position will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing new business processes, as well as improving existing ones to optimize performance and productivity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Create detailed business process maps and documentation
- Design and implement new or enhanced business processes
- Develop and monitor metrics to measure the effectiveness of business processes
- Coordinate with various business units to ensure successful implementation of new processes
- Provide training and support to business units during process transition
- Monitor the results of process changes and make necessary adjustments
- Participate in change management activities
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards if applicable
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- Master’s degree or MBA required
- And/or eight to ten years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
