Position Summary
The Lead Technical Support IT Representative oversees the daily operations of the IT support team. This role involves managing the team, providing technical assistance, and ensuring all IT support requests are addressed quickly and efficiently.
What will your job entail?
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage the IT support team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Develop and implement IT support policies and procedures to ensure efficient and consistent service.
• Coordinate with other IT departments to resolve complex issues.
• Monitor and maintain the IT helpdesk system, ensuring all tickets are resolved in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas.
• Implement strategic plans to improve technical support in line with the company’s objectives.
• Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and expertise, regularly updating skills through professional development activities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through improving the quality of IT support services.
Work Experience and Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 2-4 years of related experience.
Licenses & Certifications:
· Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) is preferred.

The target hourly rate range for this position is $35.00 - $44.00 per hour.
The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
