Position Summary:
The Manager, Finance and Treasury reports to the Treasury & Finance Senior Manager and is involved in leading or assisting in strategic and financial initiatives including: Capital Markets activity (both Debt and Equity), Corporate Finance and Reporting, and Financial Risk Management. The role will support the Company’s M&A program, drive strategic implementation of Treasury products and services, and provide best-in-class analysis of complex financial problems.
What will your job entail?
Essential Functions:
- Manage the development of advanced financial models, analysis, and presentations to support the Company’s capital structure and strategic finance initiatives (rating agency presentations, business/M&A financing scenarios, capital structure updates, various debt/equity financing alternatives, working capital, liquidity planning, and other corporate finance initiatives).
- Lead the preparation of cash forecasting, credit analysis and other reporting and financial compliance reporting to lenders and rating agencies.
- Review current processes and systems within Treasury and the broader Finance Department for improvements or opportunities to incorporate enhanced systems / technologies.
- Collaborate and lead cross-functional strategic initiatives with FP&A, Controllership, Legal, Premium Accounting, and other relevant departments.
- Improve the quality and expand the scope of analysis provided by the department to stakeholders.
- Manage annual cash flow budget process, quarterly forecasts, and budget to actual variance analysis.
- Coordinate with Treasury Operations team, legal, and international stakeholders on optimal foreign currency positioning, long-term funding, and repatriation initiatives
- Spearhead other ad-hoc corporate development projects and reporting requests.
- Identify and assess financial risks, propose and implement risk mitigation strategies through changes to business processes, cash positioning strategies, banking products, investment vehicles, use of derivatives, etc.
- Stay current on market trends and regulatory changes that may impact the organizations financial standing.
- Lead and mentor direct report(s) and foster a culture of continued improvement and excellence.
Education/Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree; concentration in a business field. Active CPA license or hold a CFA Charter.
- Minimum of 5 years of public accounting or corporate finance experience.
- The ability to expeditiously work with, manipulate, and synthesize large data sets.
- Experience with MS PowerPivot, Power BI, MS Access, SQL, AI tools, and/or Adaptive Insights is a plus.
- Experience managing direct report(s), or in providing feedback is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knack for continuous improvement and ability to problem solve independently.

The target salary range for this position is $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 annually.
The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
