Learning Content Coordinator – Chubb Agency Education
Chubb Agency Education is seeking a Learning Content Coordinator responsible for managing and maintaining a growing library of educational resources and supporting assets for both digital and non-digital programming.
You will play a critical role in enhancing the capabilities of our external agents and brokers through access to high-quality training resources. Your expertise in managing and curating engaging educational content will help ensure that agents are well-equipped to effectively serve clients, navigate the complexities of the insurance landscape, and achieve the maximum benefit from their relationship with Chubb.
This position reports into the AVP, Digital Learning – Chubb Agency Education.
Responsibilities
- Maximize utilization and scalability of training assets by ensuring all resources are accessible to intended audiences, cataloged, appropriately tagged, and easily searchable.
- Implement and oversee quality control measures to maintain the accuracy and relevance of training content, supporting continued effectiveness in meeting learning and organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to conduct regular content reviews, updating materials based on feedback, changing needs, and industry standards.
- Assist in the design and curation of high-quality curricula that engages agents and brokers, enhancing knowledge and skills while increasing content utilization.
- Update and maintain digital assets within Learning and Content Management Systems, ensuring that all educational materials, courses, and user information are current, accurate, and properly organized.
- Stay informed on organizational initiatives and proactively identify opportunities to align existing content and position resources to maximize their impact.
- Manage and maintain program catalogs, and assist in the development of materials that promote learning resources to external audiences. Assist internal and external customers in locating appropriate resources.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback for continuous improvement and effectiveness of learning resources.
- Support the tracking of learning content usage and engagement metrics using available analytics dashboards and reporting tools.
- Remain current with trends in adult learning, instructional design, and digital content management to implement and support best practices within the department.
- Assist in interpreting and analyzing participant feedback and activity; support a regular reporting cadence.
- Provide backup support for facilitation or coordination of training events as required.
Qualifications
Basic Technical Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 1 year of experience in learning & development, communications, content design, working with content management systems (such as WordPress, Squarespace, Adobe Experience Manager, etc.), or a combination.
- Experience in coordinating both digital and print content development projects across a variety of formats within a corporate environment. Familiarity with adhering to brand standards.
- Familiarity with administration of learning management and/or content management systems.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting project standards, requirements, and deadlines while maintaining accurate, high-quality content output.
- Ability to build relationships and trust with cross-functional and disbursed teams using strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of insurance and/or customer education/experience.
- Proficiency in editing documents and creating engaging content across multiple digital formats, with a particular emphasis on Microsoft 365 productivity apps (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to changing demands while maintaining attention to detail.
- Interest in learning and development with a customer-centric approach and high professional ethical standards.
Preferred Technical Skills And Requirements
- Data-driven mindset, with experience in tracking engagement metrics and using feedback to drive improvements.
- Experience editing files using professional design and/or e-learning development apps (Adobe InDesign, Articulate Rise/Storyline, etc.).
- Experience publishing for the web (WordPress, basic HTML, etc.).
- Flexibility to travel as needed (up to 5%).
