About the role:
Based at our fantastic Head Office in Stratford-Upon-Avon, with excellent working-from-home flexibility, this Pricing Analyst role offers the opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team that plays a key role in shaping our pricing strategies.
You’ll be responsible for extracting, cleaning, and validating data, ensuring accuracy and alignment with our internal standards and regulatory requirements. You’ll support the development and refinement of statistical pricing models, working closely with technical experts to deliver insight that supports business decisions.
You'll carry out complex analyses, contribute to model validation and performance testing, and play a key role in developing and maintaining pricing tools and rating logic. You’ll also prepare reports, communicate your findings effectively, and respond to queries to provide a high-quality service to a range of stakeholders.

About you:
We are looking for a proactive and analytically minded individual with experience working in the general insurance industry or another data-driven environment.
You’ll bring recent experience in handling and analysing large datasets, along with a keen eye for detail and a natural curiosity to investigate complex problems. You’ll thrive in a collaborative team and be passionate about delivering high-quality, accurate outputs that support pricing decisions.
Your excellent communication skills will allow you to tailor your messages to suit both technical and non-technical audiences, and you’ll be confident presenting findings clearly and concisely.
Additionally, you’ll ideally be able to demonstrate one or more of the following skills and attributes:
- A Degree with a numerical or analytical focus (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Engineering)
- Experience with data extraction, cleaning and validation
- Understanding of statistical modelling techniques (e.g. GLMs)
- Experience with Emblem, Radar, SQL and/or R/RStudio (desirable)
- A strong learning mindset with the ability to adapt to new challenges
- Experience presenting complex analysis clearly and engagingly to stakeholders
