We’re currently recruiting for a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our European Planning and Performance team. This role supports the delivery of performance reporting and financial forecasting to help inform business decisions and maintain financial oversight.
As a Finance Analyst, you'll contribute to the financial planning and performance processes by helping to prepare reports, projections and support the wider team in delivering insights. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to build experience in financial analysis and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain GAAP and MI financial models and forecasts to support analysis and decision-making
- Help coordinate the Annual Operating Plan and ongoing forecasts by gathering inputs, updating financial models and preparing summary materials
- Prepare monthly performance reports and analysis of results against plan
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of performance reports, including profitability analysis and trend identification
- Work with teams across the business (e.g. Distribution, Proposition, Financial Control and Commercial) to collect data and respond to queries
- Drive process improvements as part of Project Enhance
Essential
What We’re Looking For
- Education - Undergraduate Degree (or equivalent)
- Languages – English
Desirable
- Studying towards a professional qualification (e.g. accountant or actuary)
