JOB DESCRIPTION
As a member of the Group Compliance Team contributing to the maintenance of a robust Compliance Framework and annual Compliance Plan which collectively identify, assess, and monitor legal & regulatory risk, and facilitate the escalation / reporting of relevant matters.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Compliance Team in the delivery of the Annual Compliance Monitoring Plan, via a combination of Focused, Thematic, and Awareness type quality assurance reviews.
- Support the evolution of the Compliance Universe & Data Protection framework, including the ongoing review of key risk & performance metrics.
- Coordinate the administration of Compliance Function activities, and support each of the compliance pillars (Financial Crime / Compliance / Data Protection) in maintaining a proper log / audit trail of activities.
- Assist in the coordination of bespoke compliance sponsored workshops and training programs to enhance business awareness of key legislative & regulatory matters.
- Assist in the ongoing maintenance of compliance owned Policies, Processes, and Procedures across all global entities.
- Assist the compliance pillars in the monitoring of business activities against internal and external requirements, reporting MI as necessary to demonstrate effective oversight.
- Coordinate Compliance Team meetings, Action Logs, and assist team members in maintaining structured records of business activities.
