If so, we’ve got a role with your name on it. We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator with strong project management skills and a love for performance marketing. In this role, you’ll focus on coordination and organization - keeping projects on track, meeting deadlines, and keeping teams aligned. You’ll be the go-to person ensuring campaigns launch on time, on budget, and on strategy, helping the marketing group move faster, work smarter, and deliver more effectively.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting end-to-end marketing execution by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and approvals across teams
- Building and maintaining project plans, calendars, and campaign trackers to keep everyone aligned and campaigns on track
- Assisting with campaign brief development, timelines, approvals, and the occasional “Where’s that file again?”
- Coordinating cross-functional workflows (creative, digital, analytics, brand, etc.) to ensure smooth handoffs
- Helping track KPIs, compiling results, and supporting reporting processes to show campaign impact
- Providing support for digital initiatives like SEM, SEO, landing pages, and marketing automation by coordinating inputs and execution needs
- Assisting with always-on programs such as affiliate, referral, and partnership campaigns through scheduling, vendor coordination, and reporting suppor
What you Bring
- At least 2 years of marketing or project management experience, ideally in a cross-functional or campaign-heavy role
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
- Are weirdly good at organizing things and nudging people to get things done
- A love for data and performance, but with a creative instinct
- Detail-oriented, but still big-picture smart
- Strong written communication skills and experience with brand voice
- Experience with A/B testing and optimizing conversion funnels
- Knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Email Marketing, Jira, and CRMs
- Bonus points if you’ve worked in financial services, insurance, or regulated spaces
Salary Range: $50,200 - $92,500
