About the role
We’re looking for a proactive and commercially driven Broker Relationship Manager to join our growing MX Commercial team. You’ll be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with wholesale brokers, supporting business growth and delivering excellent service.
What you will be doing:
- Managing a panel of existing brokers and developing new accounts.
- Introducing SRG products and services to brokers and identifying growth opportunities.
- Planning and executing broker engagement strategies to meet business targets.
- Supporting marketing activities including product launches, exhibitions, and campaigns.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Building strong internal and external relationships to support sustainable growth.
Who we are looking for
Here’s what we’re hoping you’ll bring to the role:
- Experience in account management or business development, ideally within the London Market.
- Background in wholesale broker relationships or new business account handling.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence and motivation to work independently and drive results.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and database systems.
- Commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Willingness to work towards professional qualifications with SRG’s support.
