About the role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Operations Lead to join our Credit & Political Risk team. This role focuses on technical processing, documentation, and portfolio administration—ensuring operational accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of transactions.
What you will be doing:
- Entering data into internal systems, including policy loading and premium adjustments
- Submitting FDO and LPANs to Xchanging and managing related queries
- Drafting and processing slips, endorsements, and mid-term adjustments
- Maintaining accurate records of policies, renewals, and cancellations
- Monitoring portfolio data, premium flows, and exposure metrics
- Liaising with underwriters, brokers, and internal teams to confirm transaction details
Who we are looking for
Here’s what will help you thrive in this role:
- Experience with broker systems such as Brokasure or riskSERVE
- Strong technical proficiency in policy processing and documentation
- Prior experience in insurance operations, ideally within credit and political risk
- Familiarity with Lloyd’s market practices and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
