About The Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused
Client Executive to join our Credit Insurance team. You’ll manage an inherited portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with decision-makers and underwriters.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing all aspects of a credit insurance portfolio across varied client sizes
- Leading policy inception, renewal, and day-to-day servicing meetings
- Handling contract negotiations and insurer communications
- Building long-term relationships with clients and underwriters
- Preparing technical reports and renewal summaries
- Ensuring service delivery meets agreed standards and timelines
Who we’re looking for

- Proactive, flexible, and self-motivated team player
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally
