What will you do in this role?
Accelerating Data-Driven Decision-Making
Deliver actionable insights: You support the production, maintenance and improvement (including user testing) of timely, accurate dashboards and reports that inform executive decisions, drive operational improvements, and support financial management.
Integrate cross-market data: Your expertise in synthesizing data from diverse sources ensures that business leaders have a holistic view of claims trends and opportunities.
Enhance forecasting: By developing and maintaining advanced analytics tools, you improve claims forecasting accuracy, directly impacting loss ratios and profitability.
Enabling Stakeholder Success

What you need to have:
Solid experience within Lloyd’s and the London Market with a strong understanding of claims processes, systems, and insurance products.
Familiarity with London Market Bureau processes, Xchanging, Lloyd’s V5 bordereaux and London Market Claims systems is essential.
Able to prepare reports and draft visualisations that support operational decision-making.
Analytical & problem-solving mindset

What we prefer you to have:
Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Power BI and Tableau is advantageous, though not essential.
