The Team
The Data Quality team at Convex is a vital part of the Operations function, dedicated to executing a clear "Fix, Prevent, Report" strategy to ensure the business can always rely on its data. As an intern, you would be joining a diverse, international team with members based in both London and Bratislava, all working together to maintain a market-leading data environment. The team’s mission is to be proactive rather than reactive; they focus on finding and resolving data issues before they reach end-users by developing innovative tooling and monitoring systems.
In this role, you would get a behind-the-scenes look at how a global insurer manages its most valuable asset: information. The team is responsible for the Data Quality Control framework, overseeing everything from Reference Data Management (RDM) to the creation of sophisticated metrics that help senior management make better decisions. It is a highly collaborative space where you will work with various "Data Owners" across the business to build trust in our systems and ensure a culture of root cause analysis.
