Job Description
Drives business efficiency and agility by partnering with the business units on streamlining processes, proactively reducing service issues, mitigating risks and enhancing productivity through process improvements and technological enablement.
Responsibilities
- Drives application and system implementation and utilisation within multiple business areas.
- Analyses, defines, and validates business requirements for necessary system modifications, enhancements and upgrades to facilitate business operations.
- Prepares and manages databases, spreadsheets, and other business-related documents for all process improvement opportunities.
- Has accountability for the function’s quality standards, including conducting and documenting root cause reviews and audits.
- Leads highly complex improvement initiatives with detailed plans to achieve results within defined timelines and deliverables.
- Serves as an escalation point for assigned business functions by responding to issues, bottlenecks and identified challenges and ensuring that complaints are resolved within the acceptable turnaround times.
- Ensures operational processes and regulatory requirements are followed, follows up where breaches occur, and proactively contributes to process improvement.
- Provides expert oversight, assistance, and direction to the team, wider business and outsourced stakeholders on all function specific technical matters.
- Demonstrates an in-depth expert knowledge over subject area and / or system-specific configuration.
