We’re looking for a proactive and organised Programme Support Analyst to support the delivery of the Customer Services change portfolio at NFU Mutual. This role plays a key part in helping the PMO get its arms around all the moving parts of change activity, ensuring projects are planned, sequenced and reported effectively.Working closely with the Customer Services PMO Specialist and Project Managers, you’ll help establish and maintain programme and project management processes, controls and reporting. You’ll analyse delivery data, produce clear and insightful dashboards and reports, and help create a consistent, single view of progress across the portfolio.This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with detail, bringing structure to complex environments, and supporting change delivery through strong governance, reporting and coordination. You’ll also help teams track risks, issues, dependencies, budgets and assurance actions, ensuring delivery aligns with NFU Mutual’s Change Framework.Based in Stratford-upon-Avon, this role offers a great opportunity to develop your PMO capability within a supportive team, contributing to meaningful change across Customer Services.About youWe’re looking for someone with experience in programme or project support roles who enjoys working collaboratively and thrives in a fast-paced change environment. You’ll be comfortable working with data, producing reports and dashboards, and supporting multiple projects at once.Essential skills and experienceExperience in a programme or project support / PMO roleStrong reporting and information analysis skills, with excellent attention to detailExperience maintaining project controls such as risks, issues, dependencies and actionsConfident using Microsoft Office tools (particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word)Ability to coordinate reporting and maintain a single source of accurate delivery dataStrong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesDesirable skills and experienceExperience supporting change initiatives or transformation programmesExposure to financial tracking, budgets, resourcing or forecastingExperience using programme or project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Visio)Experience with Power BI, Workday or similar tools for data manipulation and presentationUnderstanding of Agile, Scrum or other delivery methodologiesExperience within Financial Services or InsuranceAt NFU Mutual, we support an inclusive workplace and value all the differences that make us unique.
