Learning Consultant (Enterprise and Innovation) Shape and deliver innovative, enterprise-wide learning solutions for one of the UK’s leading Financial Services providersWork collaboratively with a range of leaders and specialists to ensure we build, develop and grow our core enterprise skillset across our entire workforce Hybrid working available to ensure excellent work life balance About the roleAs a Learning Consultant specialising in Enterprise and Innovation, you’ll play a key role in shaping how learning develops across NFU Mutual. Working as part of our Programmes, Innovation and Enterprise team, you will design and embed learning solutions that support our long-term business strategy. You will advise and influence senior leaders, HR colleagues and specialist stakeholders to ensure learning interventions are relevant, scalable and aligned with organisational priorities. Partnering closely with HR Business Partners, Learning Managers and subject matter experts from across the business, you will support the evolution and embedding of our organisational competency framework focused programmes, lead assessment activity, and bring market insights and research to continually improve how learning is delivered. You will also build strong relationships with external suppliers to optimise service delivery and ensure learning solutions remain innovative, competitive and impactful, as well as be actively involved in our ‘My Development Framework’ (MDF) which is our technical skills framework. You will need to spend a minimum 20% of your time at our Stratford-upon-Avon head office, with up to 80% home working on offer.About youYou bring experience in learning consultancy, with the confidence to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Your approach combines curiosity, analytical thinking and creativity, enabling you to identify opportunities, challenge constructively and design solutions that deliver meaningful impact. You thrive in collaborative environments, are comfortable navigating change and enjoy translating emerging trends into practical, scalable recommendations. You will also be used to working in a professional regulated environment (such as Financial Services), with the ability to navigate how to manage frameworks and requirements in this type of landscape. To join us, you will have: Experience designing, delivering, implementing and evaluating learning solutions, both virtually and in personStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsConfidence working with data, evaluation methods and insight to inform decisionsKnowledge of professional standards and qualifications, including CPD expectationsA proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to solve problems and manage multiple priorities You will also hold a Certificate in Learning and Development (CIPD) - or an equivalent qualification / experience. A degree (or equivalent experience) is desirable but not essential. Experience working in a regulated environment or with third party suppliers would also be beneficial.
