Job Description
The Role
To provide PA support to the Group General Counsel and Co Sec Teams as well as administrative and departmental assistance when required.
Responsibilities
- Multiple diary, correspondence and email management
- Meeting planning and preparation
- Telephone screening/gatekeeping
- Coordinating travel; booking flights, hotels and taxis, preparing itineraries, currency and expense claims
- Preparing documents and presentations as necessary
- Organising room bookings and catering for internal and external meetings
- Coordinating department meetings and strategy off sites
- Preparing agendas and supporting documentation for Remuneration Committee and Nominations Committee
- Attend and take minutes
- Preparing Group Legal and Co Sec vision and strategy documentation
- Undertaking new projects
- Process invoices/expenses
Skills And Experience
- Previous Senior Management level experience within a financial services organisation
- Excellent Microsoft office ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organised
- Keen eye and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Confident and able to build strong relationships with internal staff and external stakeholders
- Flexible with the ability to deal with changing priorities and different work styles
- Proactive approach to work, demonstrating initiative, flexibility, adaptability, efficiency, accuracy and thoroughness
- Approachable and able to interact and communicate at all levels within and outside the organisation
- Self-motivated and an enthusiastic team player
