At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. You’ll play a key role in creating and running marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You’ll also help design and maintain digital templates that reflect our brand standards.

- Build and manage marketing campaigns, including email creation, landing pages, and forms.
- Ensure all designs are responsive, visually appealing, and meet Gallagher’s brand guidelines.
- Test campaigns using A/B and multi-variant strategies to improve performance.
- Track and report on campaign results to help us make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in marketing automation and share best practices with the team.
- Act as a trusted advisor on marketing automation, helping colleagues understand and implement best practices.
- Collaborate with teams across the business to ensure campaigns align with our goals and values.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for creating responsive designs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.
- A knack for explaining complex ideas in simple terms, whether in writing, speaking, or presenting.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
