Part-Time Office Administrator!
This is a part-time, fully in office role in Charlotte, NC.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Effectively communicate by email, telephone, and written correspondence any information pertaining to the Client Services office
- Order and Stocking Office Supplies for all floors
- Making sure all floor supply rooms are clean and stocked at all times
- Making sure all floor conference rooms are clean and stocked at all times
- Managing the soda machines, changing syrups and cleaning nozzles
- Help with town hall/huddle meeting set-up of chairs and manage AV
- Support Administration team with other duties as assigned
Job/Performance Expectations
- Positive helpful attitude towards visitors and employees
- Attention to keeping office space neat, organized and well stocked
- Knowledge of computer software packages including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Adaptable and motivated to learn

- Written and verbal communication skills (in person and on phone)
- Knowledge of office procedures, practices, and equipment

Required Education and Experience
- High School Graduate, College degree preferred
- Two to three years’ experience, preferably in an office environment
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills
Work Schedule and Physical Demands:
This is a part-time position.
Days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
Hours would be 10:00AM – 4:00 PM with an a 30-minute break for lunch and flexibility depending on business needs.
Light work requires exerting up to 30 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently.
