Job Description
The Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis, is responsible for supporting our comprehensive value realization framework across the organization. Reporting to the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, this individual will track and report on the financial and operational value delivered by strategic initiatives and enterprise programs with a strong focus on current and future M&A activity.
What can you expect?
- Support the enterprise-wide value realization reporting, processes and governance.
- Prepare synergy modeling and performance tracking for all current and future mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
- Develop detailed analysis and reporting for baselines, targets, and actuals related to strategic initiative value achievement and synergy realization.
- Support quarterly forecasts and annual planning cycle.
- Work closely with business partners to assess value capture opportunities and impacts.
- Deliver detailed analysis to support decision-making and help leadership understand trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare materials to support regular reporting to executive leadership and Board.
What do you bring?
- Completion of a CPA designation is preferred.
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
- 3+ years experience in Finance.
- Experience with value realization, synergy tracking, enterprise program reporting, or post‑merger integration is an asset.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling tools, and PowerPoint.

- Strong communicator comfortable presenting at the executive level.

Salary Range: $73,500 - $123,500
