We’re a global community of problem solvers and innovators. And now, we’re looking for an Actuarial Analyst to join our Actuarial Operations team in London.
The Opportunity:
This is a fantastic chance to join a global, nine‑person team combining actuarial expertise with deep technical capability. You’ll support the development, maintenance and smooth running of actuarial models and systems used across our international business.
Our London hub works closely with colleagues worldwide, partnering with the wider actuarial function on analysis, automation, modelling enhancements, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing:
You will play a key part in ensuring our models, systems, and processes run seamlessly. This includes:
Supporting the day‑to‑day operation and maintenance of actuarial models and processes
Running routine models, preparing data, and carrying out validation checks
Building your understanding of our modelling environment and documentation standards
Becoming a trusted support and long‑term backup for key operational actuarial activities
Developing your technical toolkit (Python, R, SQL, VBA, etc.) through enhancements, automation, and optimisation tasks
Finding opportunities to streamline processes and improve controls
Supporting the adoption of new technologies—including AI and automation tools—within actuarial operations
Contributing to wider actuarial projects such as systems improvements, model updates, and data quality initiatives
What You’ll Bring:
We’re looking for someone who:
Has 1–2 years’ experience in an actuarial or analytical role or is a recent graduate with strong quantitative foundations
Is already studying for—or keen to begin—a recognised actuarial qualification (full study support& funding provided)
Brings strong numerical and analytical skills, and is excited by modelling, systems, and operational actuarial work
Has an interest in coding, automation, and improving processes (any programming exposure is a plus)
Is detail‑oriented, organised, and able to follow well‑controlled processes while learning how they fit together
Works collaboratively and communicates clearly
Shows curiosity, adaptability, and openness to new technologies—including AI
Is able to attend the London office at least 2 days per week (Thursday is our core team day)
